I make regulatory compliance and high-performance culture work as one system, so airlines and training organisations can grow safely. I hold the Nominated Person roles for Flight Operations and Crew Training at Universal Air, and I built the training organisation for the relaunched Flybe through to UK CAA AOC and ATO approval.

Accountable to the Transport Malta Civil Aviation Directorate for flight operations and flight crew training under EASA.
Member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for standardisation and operational control of the Flight Operations Department.
Own the Operations Manual suite (Parts A to E), keeping the operation ready for oversight at all times.
Established the compliance monitoring system: audit scheduling, root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
Part of the leadership team of an airline that achieved IATA IOSA registration.

Built the training organisation from the ground up to UK CAA AOC and ATO approval, with zero audit findings.
Led a multi-disciplinary team across line training, simulator and cabin crew.
Ran instructor and examiner standardisation under EASA Part-FCL, and delivered IOSA audit preparation for flight crew training.
Introduced blended and e-learning delivery for recurrent training.
